Andrew Harrison

Andrew joined the St Andrews International Schools group in 2005. He has been the Head of the Green Valley campus since that time, as well as being the Managing Director for St Andrews International Schools in Thailand. He is also a proud parent, with his daughter a graduate of St Andrews Green Valley, where his son is still studying. Andrew is the Head of School at Sukhumvit 107, whilst the search is conducted for a new Head of School.

During his career Andrew has worked in four countries, taught at all levels and filled an array of managerial roles. His career has included International Schools, UK School and work in an Outdoor Education Centre.

Anish Karadia

Mr. Anish joined us in August 2020 from TSIS International School in Bangkok where he had held the role of Campus Principal. At TSIS he was instrumental in transforming the educational standards by contributing to improve the quality of teaching and learning, facilitating the professional development of staff, enhancing both academic and pastoral well-being of students, and ensuring safeguarding procedures that enabled an environment within which students, staff and families from diverse backgrounds could flourish. As the Deputy Head of School at S107, Mr. Anish will work with the Leadership Teams across the Early Years, Primary and Secondary phases and is committed to ensuring St. Andrews S107 continues its journey towards being a world class, outstanding school.

Finbarr Cosgrove

Head of Secondary

Finbarr Cosgrove

Finbarr joined S107 in August 2019 as Head of English and in January 2020 was appointed to the position of Head of Secondary. Finbarr previously worked across a range of schools in London as Head of English, in senior leadership and as a consultant, for 11 years before deciding to move to Bangkok and join the St. Andrew's family. As Head of Secondary, Finbarr will work with all students, teachers and parents to ensure we provide the best possible educational experience and memories. Kate Shaffer

Head of EY & Primary

Kate Shaffer

Kate has been teaching since 2011 and joined the St Andrew's family from an outstanding school in the UK in 2016. In the UK, she taught both Key Stage 1 and Early Years and was a whole school subject lead. Additionally, she was also a teacher mentor, where she trained and supported new teachers to help them achieve their qualified teacher status.

During her time at St Andrew's she has been Head of Early Years, as well as Reception class teacher, and has also taken on additional roles of Head of Key Stage 1 and PYP Curriculum Coordinator before taking on the role of Head of Primary. She has made strong connections with many of the students and families at S107, and truly understands the importance of family and school connection. Kate is also a mother to two young children who attend S107, a daughter in Nursery and son in Year 1. She is passionate about children's learning and development and how teachers can best support this.

Lizzy West

Head of Inclusion and Senior Teacher

Lizzy West

Lizzy has been with us at S107 since 2018; however, prior to her St Andrews journey, she also taught at Bangkok Patana and St Andrews 71 within the Learning Support department across various year groups. She is an absolute asset to the team and uses her passion for inclusion to promote and oversee S107's high teaching and learning standards, ensuring community adherence to the ethos 'every child matters.' She is also is a proud parent to two wonderful children, one about to finish IB Y13 the other to finish iGCSEs Y11. 

Lizzy has been teaching for over 20 years in both the UK and Thailand. During this time, she has attained her: Primary Education PGCE, has been Reading Recovery trained,  completed her Masters in Special Educational Needs and Inclusion and received an SEN Coordinator qualification from the UK.
