S107’s Early Years Centre focuses on developing the whole child. At the heart of our beliefs is an understanding and respect for young children as unique, capable, and curious learners.
Using the English Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum as our starting point, students and teachers come together each day to investigate, play, build relationships, and create shared meaning about the world around them.
Our dedicated centre provides indoor and outdoor learning spaces where your child will find a home away from home with plenty of room to grow.
Age Range: 2–5 years

Relationships are at the heart of S107’s Early Years Centre. We foster a sense of belonging for each child by being sensitive and responsive to the children’s needs, feelings and interests.
Children are supported to build strong relationships with their teachers, their peers and their learning environment.
Our Early Years Centre offers spacious indoor and outdoor environments where children learn through play, exploration, and risk-taking supported by strong school-home partnerships.
The garden is open enough to explore, yet cozy enough to feel safe. A highlight is our pond, where children build water confidence before weekly swimming sessions.
Classroom walls proudly display children’s artwork, celebrating their creativity and fostering a strong sense of belonging.

Reception children explore phonics while Nursery and KG learn letters and counting through songs and stories.
Children roam our Early Years Garden, learning science through nature play, exploration, and their boundless curiosity.
Each day brings music, swimming, PE, or Thai lessons that build physical skills and confidence.
Healthy meals are shared with friends and teachers, building relationships and independence.
Children continue learning through books and stories indoors picking up numerical skills and literacy.
At S107 we recognise that every child is unique and learns and explores in different ways. We strive to develop each child to their full potential by offering a play-based approach to learning and development, taking individual interests, needs and learning styles into account.
A rich curriculum supports development in the following areas building on children’s interests:
Personal, Social and Emotional Development: We believe it is vital that children learn about themselves, their emotions, and the motivations of others, so they are ready to engage with learning.
Communication and Language: Another essential skill — children practise speaking, listening, and understanding.
Physical Development: In Early Years, we support the physical development of the whole child, nurturing both their gross motor skills — such as running, climbing, and riding a bike — and their fine motor skills, ensuring they are ready to write with confidence.
Literacy: At S107, we immerse children in the wonderful world of books, nurturing a genuine love of stories. We also deliver a structured phonics programme, enabling children to begin their reading and writing journey with confidence.
Mathematics: We always strive to develop well-rounded mathematical skills, with a strong emphasis on understanding and practical experience.
Understanding the world: This is where we explore our own culture, alongside the similarities and differences of the cultures represented in the class.
Expressive Art and Design: Always a firm favourite with the children, it’s a wonderful opportunity to explore the world of creative arts and design.
